This wine is made of 100% Sauvignon Blanc. The grapes come from 10 to 21 year old vines which grow on limestone and gravel soil. The wine ferments for 2 weeks with selected yeast in stainless steel vats and is then aged for 3 months on lees before being bottled.
The wine has a lemon yellow color. In the nose we find the aromas of green bell pepper, nettle and tropical fruits. On the palate it is an elegant and fresh wine, with a nice balance between freshness and ripeness.
This Sauvignon Blanc goes very well with seafood and fish, white meat, blue cheeses, pies and fruit desserts.
