A traditional white from Rioja made with Viura, Malvasia and Garnacha Blanca grapes from San Vicente de la Sonsierra.
Elaboration: cold soaked during 12 hours. Fermented in new French oak barrels (Vosgues area). Aged for 9 months in new French oak barrels on its own lees with batonnage twice per week during the first six months.
Tasting notes: Bright gold. It offers a nose of tropical fruit, minerality and baking spices. On the palate it is round, smooth with silky texture, spicy and mineral finish.
Drinking temperature: 8 degrees.
