All products on our website are offered subject to availability. We cannot guarantee the availability of products, however should a product not be available, we will contact you to offer a substitute product or similar solution to fulfil your order.

We reserve the right not to accept any order. Your legal rights will not be affected.

If you want to place a bulk order, please contact us before ordering to ensure we have the stock available and that we can meet the delivery date requested. Bulk orders may be cancelled and refunded.

Please contact us if you are looking for other similar products that don’t appear in our web as we might be able to get those products for you.

We do not accept cash payments (neither on deliveries or local collection). We only accept credit/debit card payments through our website.

Age Restrictions

It is illegal to sell or supply wines to persons under the age of 18 years old in the Republic of Ireland.

When you place your order with Terra Gourmet Foods and Wines Ltd, you are confirming that you are above the legal age of 18.

Upon delivery, if our couriers are in doubt of the age of the recipient of an order they are required to request proof of age. In the event that this is not satisfied they are not permitted to leave the wine.

Pricing & Descriptions

All prices on our website are including VAT applicable in Ireland.

Whilst we work hard to ensure the details and pricing on our website to be accurate, occasionally errors may appear. Please note, while we try to keep our product images fully up-to-date, the images displayed for any product may vary slightly from the one received due to a change in vintage or packaging design. The actual wine will always be as described however, including vintage, unless we inform you otherwise.

If you have ordered a product that is erroneously described or priced, we will contact you prior to delivery to advise you of the correct details. You may choose to cancel your order if you are unhappy receiving the product with the correct description and price. We reserve the right to change prices at any time.


If you are allergic or intolerant to any ingredient/s you must let us know in the “ORDER NOTES” section at the checkout when placing your order. Terra Gourmet will double check for those allergens and, in case any of the products you have ordered contains any of the allergens you mentioned, we will contact you to offer you the possibility to change it for another product or to get a refund for the value of that/those particular product/s.



We only deliver within the Republic of Ireland.

Your order will normally arrive within 48 hours, however to allow for exceptional circumstances we extend a guarantee of delivery within 7 days. We may use an independent courier to deliver your order. They will contact you to arrange delivery. Failure to deliver your order within three days will result in your order being returned to us. We will then contact you to re-arrange delivery, or cancellation of the order. Failure to make delivery a second time will result in the cancellation of your order.


If purchasing wine as a gift, the same criteria outlined in the Ordering section above apply to the receiver, in terms of age and the right of the courier to refuse to leave wine. The name and billing address of the purchaser will be included with the wine for the receiver, unless you specifically request for this information to be withheld.

Cancellation & Returns

You can cancel your order at any stage up to the point of dispatch at no charge. Simply contact us by phone on 0667144914 or email [email protected]. When making any correspondence with ourselves, please provide us with your order number, as per displayed on your order confirmation.

You are entitled to a cooling-off period of 7 working days, which begins on the day after you receive delivery of your order. During the cooling-off period, you may cancel your order for any reason. Upon cancellation, we will make the necessary arrangements to facilitate the return of the order and will reimburse you within 30 days provided the goods remain in a saleable condition.

While we are more than happy to help if you wish to return goods that are not faulted or damaged, you will be responsible for any costs incurred in returning the goods.

Goods received should be inspected immediately upon receipt to check for damaged or missing products. Failure to notify us of damaged or missing product within 2 days of receiving the order may negate your right to free return and refund.

In the unfortunate case of goods being faulty or damaged in transit, Terra Foods offer the choice of either a replacement or a full refund including any delivery charges incurred. Simply contact us by phone or email and we will look after you.


If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, products or website, please contact us by any method outlined below. Your complaint will be treated with the highest importance and sensitivity. You will be responded to within 48 hours and your complaint resolved within 72 hours.
