Paul Mas French Pinot Noir Reserve
This wine is made of 100% Pinot Noir. The grapes are machine harvested at night to prevent oxidation. After malolactic fermentation, the wine will age in oak barrels for 5 months and then be bottled.
Fruity Pinot Noir with cherry praline. On the palate a spicy note, wonderfully ripe, sweet and juicy marmelade. The wine matures in oak barrels for six months. Elegant nose with aromas of cherry, strawberry, red currant and a touch of vanilla. Full and velvety in the mouth, soft until the last drop.
Best companion with grilled meat, charcuterie, game, terrines and stews and soft cheeses.
