This beautiful red wine consists of Merlot and Grenache Noir grapes, which are mechanically harvested at night. The grapes are selected from the Hérault and Uzès valley, two regions with a Mediterranean climate in order to obtain soft tannin and round wines. About 20% of the blend is aged for 3 months in American oak barrels and the rest in vats.
Deep purple colour with ruby shades. Complex bouquet with aromas of blackberries, plums and spicy flavours The palate is rich and soft with ripe tannin. Medium to full bodied with a long lasting finish.
