The grapes are estate grown from the La Mancha area in the southeast corner of Spain. Aging for two months in large French oak vats has imparted pleasant aromas of tobacco and spice box. Noteworthy flavors on the palate include cherry, cranberry and black currant with spicy pepper on the finish.
