19 year old vines with a very low yield. This wine is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot grapes. For 7 months, the wine has ripened on (partly new) oak barrels.
Dark purple with a ruby-coloured glow. Elegant and complex with aromas of plums, red berries and spices. Shades of licorice and vanilla. Well-balanced with soft but present tannins. Long finish with chocolate nuances.
Perfect with pastas, BBQ, poultry and hearty cheeses.
