A big gutsy wine from one of Mendozas leading producers, Makia. Dark blackberry and damson fruits with some chocolate and vanilla flavours. Good concentration of these rich berries with supple tannins and a long lingering mouth-filling finish.
Nicely matured wine with lots of of spice and blackcurrants. Good ripe soft black fruits with a creamy texture and a slight smoky touch. The acidity is very well balanced with a fine smooth finish. Drinking beautifully now but will last several years.
