This modern blend of Tempranillo, Syrah and Merlot is remarkable amongst the Spanish wines. The grapes are handpicked at optimum stage of ripeness. After the temperature controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks, follows a maceration time of 12-18 days. A percentage of the wine is aged in French oak barrels before blending back into the final blend.
Clear deep red colour with purple highlights. Clean medium intense aromas reminiscent of blueberries, strawberry, black cherries mixed nicely with aromas of chocolate and tobacco. On the palate it is medium dry with a long round finish.
Goes very well with a nicely grilled piece of meat.
