On the nose it is complex and elegant, with an aromatic palette in which the primary aromas of fresh fruit, orange peel and aromatic herbs stand out, well accompanied by a minerality that is expressed in shades of graphite, along with aromas of cocoa and memories toasted from the aging in French wood.
The palate is friendly, easy to drink but intense and balanced, with ripe, fine and delicate tannins that prolong enjoyment and fruitiness.
18 months in 500 L French oak barrels. Malolactic fermentation in barrel.
