This beautiful red wine consists of Merlot and Grenache Noir grapes, which are mechanically harvested at night. The grapes are selected from the Hérault and Uzès valley, two regions with a Mediterranean climate in order to obtain soft tannin and round wines. About 20% of the blend is aged for 3 months in American oak barrels and the rest in vats.
