Serrano Ham made with the highest Quality raw material, a fresh ham meeting the standards established by the Quality Regulation of the ”Consorcio del Jamón Serrano Español”, and a process of slow aging with the final stage of maturing in ”Bodega” (Drying rooms at higher temperature). All the process is controlled by our Ham Master, who is in charge of checking the different stages of the curing process for obtaining the best Quality Ham. The objective is getting the best Serrano Ham following our know-how, the tradition and the expertise from the ”Consorcio del Jamón Serrano Español”.
