Domaine de Geneves Chablis.
The grapes for this wine grow on 10 hectares of vineyards. The fermentation takes place in temperature controlled vessels where it gets an alcoholic and malolactic fermentation.
This Chablis shows a subtle hint of minerality coming from the terroir. The powerful, warm and rich Chablis is round and fleshy. The wine can be recognized by its fresh aroma of citrus, honey and candied fruits.
Goes very well with fish, seafood, shellfish, white meat and poultry. This wine can best be drunk within 3 – 4 years.
