Light Tuna, Yellowfin Tuna or Yellowfin also called (by its distinctive yellow fins) is a migratory species and is caught
mainly in tropical and equatorial seas. Is perhaps the most common canned tuna. Its flesh is firm and pinkish in color.
After selecting the best specimens and after the cooking process, the fish is prepared and packaged using craft
techniques.
For the canned light tuna, we use the Tuna loins adding olive oil specially selected, bringing a unique flavor and aroma.
