The Pinotage is a hybrid of Pinot Noir and Cinsault, and a specialty from South-Africa. A wine with its own expressive character.
A deep red color with intense and herbal nose. In the mouth it is full, soft and round. The fruit is nicely riped and concentrated with notes of spices. The long and powerful finish really completes the wine.
A wonderful combination with a steak, lamb, pasta with pesto and aged cheese.
