Lamberti Valpolicella Ripasso
The grapes come from vines that are 20-25 years old. A full-bodied soft wine with flavors of ripe red berries and notes of spice and vanilla. In the aftertaste, there are traces of vanilla and toasted oak. After the first fermentation, the must is drained on small oak barrels where the malolactic fermentation takes place. Then the Amarone quasar is added and the wine is fermented for 10 days before storing on large Slavonic oak barrels for 12 months. Enjoy it at 16-18 ° C.
