Aljibes Cabernet Franc: Manually harvested. Aromas of ripe fruits, minerals and soft spices. Velvety and well structured with an intense fruity character. Aged for 16 months in French oak.
Aljibes Petit Verdot: Manually harvested. Aromas of Mediterranean forest, incense and exotic spices. In mouth is soft, round and wide with a long finish. Aged for 14 months in American and French oak with extended time in French oak foudres.
