Spanish Rioja Tempranillo by Terra Gourmet Foods and Wines Ltd.
This Finca Monica is made of 100% Tempranillo grapes. The grapes are hand picked and then selected by quality. Before the wine is bottled, it matures for 6 months in American oak barrels.
This wine has a deep red color with purple reflections. The bouquet shows a lot of ripe fruits with elegant toast. The wine is full and supple in the mouth with slightly sweet tannins and a long finish.
Delicious in combination with beef bourguignon, grilled lamb or pork and hard cheeses.
