This white wine is mainly made of Verdejo grapes, with a small amount of Sauvignon Blanc added. The grapes were mechanically harvested during night and early morning hours. The fermentation takes place at a low temperature between 13-16°C with aid from selected yeasts.
Clear pale yellow with golden rim. Clean medium intense aromas reminiscent of yellow grapefruit, peaches and gooseberries. There are nice hints of grass and slight mineral notes that add complexity. The wine is refreshing as it coats the palate with a long aftertaste.
Goes very well with baked of grilled fish, lobster and langostines, and goats cheese.
