Chateau Haut Bellevue Haut-Medoc (France)
This beautiful red wine is a blend of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon, supplemented with Petit Verdot grapes. The average age of the vines is 32 years. The fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature, and the ageing of the wine in exclusive French oak barrels.
Lovely deep red colour. The bouquet is spicy and woody with notes of black fruit. On the palate, this wine has a harmonious structure. It is a round and silky wine.
In its youth, it is best served with poultry and stews. When the wine is older, it can also be beautifully combined with game dishes
