Juan Calleja Pedrote, the Director of the Company, has more than 25 years of experience in all aspects of the catering & hospitality sector, it was his passion for fine wines and good food along with his extensive knowledge of the business that inspired him to create the company.
Initially he began importing gourmet products from his homeland of Spain to the Irish market which just went from strength to strength. In order to satisfy demand he extended his portfolio in recent years to include great quality food products from the Mediterranean and extended his wine portfolio to include wines from the best regions and grape varieties of most of the countries in the New and Old World.
Alberto Mendoza (Sales manager) has more than 17 years of experience in hospitality in Ireland with more than 10 years as a Restaurant Manager awarded as Best Wine experience in Kerry for 4 consecutive years and Best Restaurant manager in Munster in 2016, offering to our customers his extensive knowledge in wine & food, menu designs, selling techniques, staff training and wine tastings.
